Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Student Mentor to serve as the primary strategic lead and relationship manager for our students. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting the students application, providing high-level academic counseling, and making critical decisions on application strategy.

• Strategic Advisory & Profile Evaluation
• Narrative Development & Creative Oversight
• Student Relationship Management
• Unit Leadership

• Experience: 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions consulting, or a related mentorship role.
• Communication: Verbal and written communication skills
• Emotional Intelligence:Ability to build rapport quickly and manage student/parent anxiety during high-pressure cycles.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to build a persuasive narrative from raw academic data.

• Masters degree from a reputed university.
• Familiarity with international education systems (US, UK, Canada, Europe).
• Previous experience leading a small team
