Locations: Belgaum, Karnataka

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Role Overview :

The Academic Counsellor guides learners, understands their career goals, recommends the right programs, and helps them through the admission process. This is a revenue-driving, counselling-focused role based in physical learning centres.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel potential learners via calls, centre visits, and video sessions.
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable upGrad programs.
• Convert leads to admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle enquiry to enrolment and post-sales support.
• Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth learner experience.

Requirements :

• Graduate with 1-2 years of B2C or consultative sales experience (EdTech preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with targets and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic MS Office + CRM proficiency.
