This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Coordinator based in Noida. The Academic Coordinator will oversee various academic processes, design and implement curricula, conduct academic advising, and support student development. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty, monitoring academic progress, conducting research to enhance program quality, and helping students navigate their academic journey. Regular reporting and communication with institutional stakeholders are also part of the daily tasks.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Education and Curriculum Development
• Exceptional Communication and Academic Advising skills
• Proficiency in conducting Research to improve academic programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
• Experience in higher education or student management roles is an advantage
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
