Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a 3D Generalist located in India. The 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating 3D models, rigging, texturing, lighting, and animation for projects. The candidate will collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to bring immersive experiences to life while maintaining the highest quality in design and execution. Attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines are critical aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations
• Develop assets for AR/VR applications, real-time simulations, and projection systems
• Build realistic medical and healthcare visualizations
• Perform advanced character rigging (biped, quadruped, custom rigs)
• Develop expressive keyframe animations & facial rigs
• Handle skin weighting, IK/FK systems, constraints & rig optimization
• Optimize assets for Unity and Unreal Engine workflows
• Work closely with developers for real-time integration
• Manage rendering, compositing, and visual storytelling

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of professional industry experience
• Strong expertise in Blender and Maya
• Hands-on experience with Unity and Unreal Engine (UE5)
• Advanced knowledge of rigging & animation pipelines
• Strong understanding of PBR workflows & asset optimization
• Lighting, shading & real-time rendering expertise
• Strong sense of composition and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of HDRP, Lumen, Nanite workflows
• Experience in AR/VR immersive projects
• Motion capture cleanup & retargeting experience
• Portfolio demonstrating production-level work (Mandatory)
