3D Artist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Artist to bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D visuals, animations, and renders. You will work closely with the Art Director, Creative Team, and Copywriters to develop visually compelling assets for advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, films, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, textures, lighting, and renders for brand campaigns, product visualizations, and marketing assets
• Develop 3D animations and motion graphics for digital ads, social media, films, and presentations
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Leads to interpret briefs and visualize concepts
• Translate 2D concepts and storyboards into engaging 3D visuals
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, visual quality, and timelines
• Optimize 3D assets for different platforms (web, social, film, AR/VR if required)
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
• Stay updated with latest 3D trends, tools, and advertising styles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D software such as Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max
• Experience needed: 2-4 years.
• Knowledge of texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering
• Experience with render engines like Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Cycles
• Basic understanding of motion, composition, and storytelling
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Good understanding of advertising aesthetics and fast-paced agency workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience in product visualization, CGI ads, or brand films
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine / AR / VR
• Basic understanding of VFX and compositing
• Experience working with advertising agencies or creative studios
