3D Animator

About the Role

Laqshya Live Studios is looking for a 3D Animator who can bring ideas to life across high-impact event content and digital formats.

This role goes beyond traditional animation it involves creating immersive, large-format visuals for stage screens, experiential setups, and evolving formats like anamorphic content, CGI films, and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D animations and motion content for:
• Large LED screens and stage backdrops
• Event show openers, transitions, and visual sequences
• Experiential zones and installations
• Develop 3D visual styles and looks aligned with brand and event themes
• Work on advanced formats, including:
• Anamorphic / forced perspective content
• Character animations
• Architectural and spatial walkthroughs
• CGI-based storytelling and films
• Collaborate closely with:
• Creative team (concept, storyboarding, design)
• Production team (execution feasibility)
• Editors and motion designers (final output integration)
• Translate concepts, scripts, and references into visually compelling 3D outputs
• Ensure outputs are optimized for:
• Large-format displays
• High-resolution LED screens
• Real-time and rendered environments

Software & Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• Maya / 3ds Max / Blender
• Unreal Engine (for real-time rendering / environments)
• Good understanding of:
• Lighting, texturing, rendering pipelines
• Camera movement and composition
• Motion dynamics and physics
• Familiarity with:
• After Effects / compositing workflows
• Multi-format exports (LED, projection, anamorphic layouts)

• Understanding of real-time pipelines and interactive content
• Basic knowledge of character rigging/animation workflows
