Job Title: SOP Writer (Study Abroad Germany & Italy)

Location: Noida

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative SOP Writer to join our Study Abroad team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs) for students applying to Germany and Italy public universities.

You will transform candidate profiles into impactful narratives that effectively highlight their academic background, career aspirations, and unique strengths, aligned with university expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality SOPs and LORs tailored for Germany and Italy public universities
• Translate student profiles into well-structured, compelling narratives
• Proofread, edit, and refine documents ensuring clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Ensure documents meet university guidelines and formatting standards
• Maintain high daily productivity while delivering error-free content
• Collaborate with internal teams for profile understanding and timely delivery
• Manage multiple applications simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Track and maintain documentation using Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in SOP/LOR writing within the study abroad domain
• Strong understanding of Germany & Italy admission processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple student profiles and deadlines efficiently
• High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

• Ability to identify and highlight candidate strengths effectively
• Strong storytelling and content structuring skills
