Job Title: Workflow Coordinator

Role Overview

The Workflow Coordinator will be responsible for accurately transferring project-related information between two workflow management tools used by the creative and production teams. This role ensures seamless continuity of work by maintaining consistency and timeliness of data across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Copy and transfer task details, updates, and assets from one workflow tool to another
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and completely without omissions
• Maintain consistency in formatting and structure while transferring data
• Update tasks within defined timelines to avoid delays in project execution
• Track and manage assigned tickets/tasks to ensure completion
• Flag any missing or unclear information to the respective teams (without interpretation)
• Follow predefined processes and guidelines for data transfer

Scope of Role

• Purely execution-focused role involving no analysis, interpretation, or decision-making
• No requirement to evaluate creative or production inputs
• Works closely with internal teams to ensure workflow continuity

Skills & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of workflow/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, copy-paste operations, formatting)
• Ability to follow structured processes

Experience

• 02 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or coordination roles
• Freshers with strong attention to detail can also be considered
