Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in Time Tracking (TT) and Absence Management (AM). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Workday modules, and supporting successful implementation and enhancement activities.

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, specifically in Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration, along with the ability to coordinate across functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Workday.
• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking (TT) and Absence Management (AM) modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workforce management and leave management processes.
• Perform configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday enhancements and projects.
• Support integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams for implementation and support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user guides.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, enhancements, and change requests within timelines.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday TT & AM functionalities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Workday Time Tracking (TT)
• Workday Absence Management (AM)
• Experience in Workday configuration and business process setup.
• Good understanding of Workday security, workflows, and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
