Workday Consultants

As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end support, configuration, and integration delivery across Workday Financials, HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure stable operations, smooth upgrades, and high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and resolve functional/configuration issues across Workday modules
• Configure and support Workday Financials integrations using APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio
• Manage module enhancements, change requests, and semi-annual Workday upgrades
• Perform security administration, role assignments, and data loads
• Create test scripts, execute testing, support UAT and release cycles
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and ensure system stability
• Translate business requirements into effective functional/technical solutions
• Collaborate with SMEs, functional teams, and offshore delivery teams
• Lead and mentor junior consultants to ensure quality delivery
• Drive continuous improvements and ensure strong service delivery outcomes

Mandatory Skill Sets

Certifications (Must Have)

• Active Workday Certification in Financials / Integration / HCM / Absence / Time Tracking

Core Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Workday implementations or major support engagements
• Strong experience in AMS / post-production support

Workday Finance Expertise

• Foundational Data Model (FDM)
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Supplier & Customer Accounts
• Projects & Revenue Management

Integration Skills (Critical)

• Workday Studio
• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Workday APIs
• Integration design, build, testing, deployment & troubleshooting
