Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).

Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of servers and services.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and security hardening.

Handle user account management, permissions, and access control.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Perform backup and recovery operations using enterprise tools.

Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Support disaster recovery planning and testing.

Coordinate with other IT teams for deployments and upgrades.
