Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven web consultant to manage our international sales. The role demands strong sales control, live call handling ability, and consistent revenue delivery through structured outbound and inbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the international calling team for sales
Handle live sales calls and support team members in closing high-value deals
Monitor daily targets, conversions, and call quality
Track pipeline, maintain reports, and ensure performance visibility
Requirements
23 years of experience in international sales
Strong communication skills (fluent English is a must)
Proven closing ability in US/UK/AU/UAE markets
Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
