Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing team at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for transforming marketing strategies into impactful content across global markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, SEO-friendly content. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), design, and digital teams to ensure a consistent brand narrative across platforms while supporting global marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality technical content for digital and print platforms (no AI dependency).
• Research, analyze, and translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Develop content for websites, blogs, videos, brochures, newsletters, white papers, case studies, press releases, and social media.
• Write SEO-optimized content to enhance brand visibility and promote services.
• Update, manage, and maintain website content regularly.
• Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing teams for campaigns and events.
• Support global marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution.
• Manage social media content, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Curate and repurpose content for LinkedIn and internal communication platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and thought leadership content.
• Assist in marketing deliverables for events, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Writing

• Proven experience in technical content writing.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong adaptability in writing style across formats and target audiences.
• Excellent command of English grammar and writing skills.

SEO Expertise

• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, and content structuring.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of technical SEO is an added advantage.

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Experience in content planning and managing editorial calendars.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and SMEs.
• Confident in stakeholder management within a matrixed environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with Surfer SEO or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
