Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of food products while ensuring compliance with food safety standards, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts
• Minimize wastage, spoilage, and expired goods (FIFO/FEFO adherence)

2. Goods Handling & Storage

• Supervise receiving, unloading, and storage of goods
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage conditions (temperature, hygiene)
• Maintain cold storage standards if applicable

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers/outlets
• Work closely with logistics and transport teams

4. Compliance & Food Safety

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouse
• Ensure proper pest control and safety practices

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inward/outward registers, GRNs, and dispatch records
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools

6. Team Coordination

• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
