This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Chennai. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing and organizing appealing window displays, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively on the sales floor, and implementing creative visual solutions to enhance the shopping experience. The role includes collaborating with sales and store teams to maximize layout efficiencies, maintaining the stores presentation standards, and reflecting the brands unique aesthetic to engage customers.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
• Experience in Retail, including knowledge of product presentation and inventory aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to boost customer engagement.
• Skills in creating and maintaining attractive Window Displays to draw customer attention.
• A creative mindset with a strong understanding of design principles and color coordination.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field is a plus.
