About the Role
We're hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead to shape how our brand shows up in every store from the window to the last rack. This role is equal parts creative direction and commercial thinking.
You'll work closely with our Category, Inventory, and Retail Ops teams to make sure every store tells the right story, at the right time, with the right product front and centre.
If you understand how a well-merchandised store drives footfall, builds brand love, and moves inventory faster this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
VM Strategy & Planning: Own the visual merchandising strategy across all stores. Stay closely looped in with the Inventory team on new arrivals, stock movement, bestsellers, and slow movers and turn that information into clear, store-wise display plans that drive sell-through.
Planograms & Store Layout: Build planograms for new store openings and refresh layouts for existing stores. Get the category zoning right, make sure hero products get the visibility they deserve, and ensure VM standards are consistent whether it's store one or store twenty.
Window Displays: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of seasonal and festive window displays Diwali, wedding season, Eid, and key campaign moments. Manage vendors, props, production timelines, and on-ground installation from start to finish.
Store VM Audits: Own the weekly audit rhythm across stores not as a checklist exercise, but as the person who sets the bar and holds it. You'll ensure display standards, mannequin styling, and floor layouts are consistently on-brief, and work with store teams to build the habits that keep it that way between visits
Training & Team Enablement: Build VM capability at the store level. Train teams on styling, display techniques, folding standards, and day-to-day upkeep. Create manuals and SOPs that make a good VM the default, not the exception.
Performance & Analysis: Connect the dots between VM decisions and business outcomes. Track conversion, sell-through, and category performance. Spot the gaps dead zones, poorly placed product, missed opportunities and come with solutions, not just observations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, ideally within ethnic or fashion retail
- Hands-on experience with planogram creation and managing VM across multiple stores simultaneously
- The ability to balance a strong aesthetic point of view with what actually sells
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to train, guide, and influence store teams
- Experience managing external vendors for props, fixtures, printing, and installation
- Understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, and how ethnic wear needs to be styled and presented will be an added advantage.
- Someone who takes ownership of the brief, the execution, and the outcome
