Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team in a full-time remote role based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently
• Organize and coordinate meetings and follow-ups
• Handle email communication and client coordination professionally
• Maintain records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Assist in managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Good knowledge of productivity tools and office applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus
• Freshers are also eligible to apply

Shift and Salary

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
• Salary: 25,000 27,000 in-hand per month
