Hands on experience of handling VKYC day to day operations.

Good knowledge of VKYC documentation and regulatory norms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Video call handling: Perform customer identification andverification process through video calls, adhering & scrutinizing VKYC

Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verification process

Perform back-office operations


Applicants should have Previous experience in Digital Payments/Financial services/Banking is required Good verbal and written communication skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers through video calls. Understanding of KYC and AML regulations. Microsoft Office prowess/Excel Basic knowledge of document verification Ability to work independently in shift and desire to learn Self-motivated and a strong team player.


Education Qualification :

Minimum Graduate from recognized university.

1-2 yearsof Experience

Location - Thane, Mumbai
