Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor to join our marketing team. In this

full-time role, you will be responsible for producing high-impact video content for social

media, product marketing, brand storytelling, and internal communications.

You will work closely with our content, design, and product teams to transform concepts

into engaging visual stories that support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product demos,

social media, and events.

2. Create video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, and internal

use.

3. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and product marketers to develop

storyboards and scripts.

4. Add graphics, text overlays, animations, music, and effects to enhance video

impact.

5. Ensure all video assets align with TrustGrids brand tone and visual identity.

6. Manage video shoots (in-office or on-site), including basic camera setup,

lighting, and audio where needed.

7. Maintain an organized library of video assets and raw footage for future reuse.

8. Stay current with video trends, platform formats, and editing best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in film, media production, animation, or a related

field.

24 years of professional experience in video editing or media production.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing

software.

Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition.

Portfolio or showreel demonstrating a variety of marketing-related video

content.

Preferred Skills

Basic animation and motion graphics skills.

Experience editing short-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube

Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and compression for web publishing.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

Experience with product demo or explainer videos in tech/SaaS/cybersecurity.

Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for design collaboration.

Basic knowledge of YouTube optimization.

Photography or camera operation experience.
