Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Industry Preference: EV / Automotive OEM (2W / 3W)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer Electrical to support vehicle-level integration for OEMs in electric vehicles. The role involves close coordination with R&D(Technology), product quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure robust performance, safety, and quality of onboarded vehicles and vehicles integration under development. Should be familiar with EV battery, battery interface, wiring harness, connectors, CAN based systems, Root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support vehicle integration activities covering electrical, mechanical structures, battery systems, wiring harness, and powertrain.
- Coordinate integration of battery and electrical systems with mechanical assemblies.
- Support testing, validation, calibration, and software flashing at the vehicle and system level.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration and field issues.
- Assist in vehicle testing, PDI, range testing, and validation trials.
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Support supplier coordination, quality checks, and field validation activities.
- Provide technical support and training to service teams and customers
Required Skills
- Strong exposure to electromechanical systems in EVs.
- Experience in battery integration, powertrain interfacing, and CAN-based diagnostics.
- Understanding of vehicle testing and validation processes.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Must have analytical ability, conduct RCA, and prepare troubleshooting guide.
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and DVP&R is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Electrical engineer with hands-on EV or automotive experience.
- Experience working with battery systems, electronics, and vehicle integration teams.
- Comfortable in field, customer-facing, and cross-functional roles.
- Proactive, quality-focused, and solution-oriented.
- Self-disciplined, systematic task capturing and progress reporting using an action tracker, PPT, and Pareto charts to visualize and prioritize key problems.
