User Experience Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer (2+ years experience) who enjoys problem decomposition, system thinking, and designing structured product experiences.

This role focuses more on solving product problems and simplifying complex workflows than purely visual design.

• Translate product requirements and ambiguous problems into structured UX solutions
• Design user flows, task flows, information architecture, and interaction models
• Create wireframes and lowmid fidelity prototypes to communicate product behavior
• Simplify data-heavy and multi-step SaaS workflows into intuitive experiences
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers during feature definition and implementation
• Iterate solutions through usability feedback, product discussions, and design reviews

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of UX fundamentals such as information architecture, usability heuristics, and interaction patterns
• Ability to structure complex problems into clear user journeys and flows
• Familiarity with Figma or similar product design tools
• Ability to communicate design rationale and product trade-offs clearly

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and design automation tools
• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud management platforms
• Understanding of data visualization, dashboards, or system-driven interfaces

Your portfolio should demonstrate problem framing, design reasoning, and decision making, not only visual output.
