Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Accounts Executive to manage financial operations related to US accounts along with Indian payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting tools like Tally, strong knowledge of accounting processes, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain US accounts and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Process and manage Indianpayroll accurately and on time.
Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Work on accounting software such as Tally for financial entries and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams and US clients regarding financial matters.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in US Accounts / US Accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with IndiaPayroll management.
Strong working knowledge of Tally.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
