Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will translate product requirements into seamless user journeys through thoughtful design, usability principles, and modern design practices.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful design solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences including user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly journeys that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and data insights to continuously optimize the experience.
• Work closely with developers with a hands-on approach and basic understanding of frontend implementation.
• Actively use modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, etc.) for design ideation, rapid prototyping, and productivity enhancement.

User Interface Design

• Design visually compelling interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and product vision.
• Create high-fidelity designs and scalable design systems for consistency across platforms.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, and reusable components.

Collaboration & Ownership

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset by proactively driving design decisions and taking accountability for outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product environments.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Prior experience in product-based companies is an added advantage.
