Were seeking passionate, results-driven GMAT Tutors to join our academic team and make a meaningful impact on students success.

Position Details

• Role: Online Tutor GMAT
• Job Type: Full-time (Remote / Work from Home)
• Compensation: 6 LPA 12 LPA (based on evaluation)

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
• Weekends are mandatory

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in a relevant discipline
• 6 months to 12 years of teaching experience
• Strong command of GMAT concepts (Quant/Verbal)
• Excellent communication and articulation skills
• Prior online teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

A. Tutoring Excellence

• Deliver high-impact, result-oriented GMAT sessions
• Mentor students with structured study plans and test strategies

B. Student Performance Tracking

• Conduct regular assessments and progress reviews
• Provide actionable feedback to students and parents

C. Content Development & Research

• Contribute to question bank creation
• Update and refine content aligned with the latest GMAT patterns
