We focus on enabling engineering teams to deliver faster through infrastructure automation, cloud optimization, and DevOps best practices across AWS and Azure environments. Your Work Profile We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Technical Lead with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerized deployments. The role involves designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native environments, while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient application delivery across enterprise systems. You will work closely with development teams, SREs, and platform engineers to support backend deployments and improve overall system reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure Define scalable and secure cloud architecture including compute, storage, IAM, and networking Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud environments CI/CD & Automation Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Automate build, deployment, and release processes Improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Implement infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Manage version-controlled infrastructure deployments Ensure repeatability and consistency across environments Containerization & Orchestration Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment Manage containerized workloads and cluster operations Support scaling and orchestration of microservices environments Backend Deployment Support Support deployment of backend services (Java / Python applications) Collaborate with development teams for release and integration activities Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues Monitoring & Reliability Ensure system stability, performance, and security Support observability, logging, and monitoring practices Contribute to incident resolution and root cause analysis Scripting & Integration Use Python and shell scripting for automation and integration tasks Support basic testing and validation of deployment workflows Required Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 39 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineering roles Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Experience supporting backend application deployments Essential Skills Cloud & Infrastructure Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and networking Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure services (compute, storage, IAM, networking) Experience designing scalable cloud environments DevOps & Automation CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes Operating Systems & Scripting Strong GNU/Linux expertise Basic Python scripting and automation knowledge Understanding of integration testing concepts Application Support Experience supporting Java / Python backend deployments Debugging deployment issues and ensuring system stability Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Advanced Kubernetes operations and cluster management Experience with microservices architectures Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments Success Metrics Stable and automated CI/CD pipelines High availability and performance of cloud infrastructure Reduced deployment failures and faster release cycles Secure and compliant cloud environments Efficient collaboration with development and SRE teams Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field Location and Way of Working Location: Not specified (assumed flexible / project-based)
