Transaction Advisory (Buy-side & Sell-side)

• Execute buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements across multiple industries
• Prepare detailed Excel databooks, including trial balance-level financials and supplementary financial and operational analyses
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify key value drivers, trends, and performance insights
• Develop structured management meeting agendas to support effective stakeholder discussions
• Actively participate in due diligence meetings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the preparation of tailored due diligence reports, covering:

Normalized earnings analysis

Assessment of managements budget achievability

Debt and indebtedness considerations

Working capital analysis

• Provide analytical and execution support to Vice Presidents and Managing Directors throughout the transaction lifecycle
