Title Searcher

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Searcher at our Bengaluru location. The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting detailed property title searches, verifying chain of title, locating liens, and reviewing deeds and other legal documents. The role also involves ensuring compliance with legal standards and assisting in resolving title-related issues. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key component of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting Title Searches and reviewing Chain of Title
• Strong knowledge of Liens and Deeds, and their implications in legal and property transactions
• Understanding of Escrow processes and associated documentation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal and property-related records
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Prior experience in title search and property documentation is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Law, or related field is advantageous
