Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Telesales Executive will manage lead generation activities, identify and convert potential clients, and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales
- Experience in Customer Support and maintaining client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a keen ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 02 years of B2B tele-sales or inside sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Tamil or other regional languages a plus
- Ability to explain a technical product simply and compellingly
