Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, pitching properties, and driving site visit conversions while ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans over calls
- Convince and schedule site visits for potential customers
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with sales and site teams for visit scheduling and closures
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the field sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in real estate telesales
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
- Basic understanding of real estate projects and terminology
- Comfortable with CRM tools and calling systems
- Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market
- Experience in high-volume calling and lead generation
