Telemarketer

we are looking for a Telecaller / Academic Counsellor who can speak with parents and students, explain our courses clearly, and help convert leads into enrollments

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and prior experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, or education sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call parent and student leads generated through campaigns and enquiries
• Explain courses and programs in a clear and convincing manner
• Understand parent requirements and answer their questions
• Follow up with interested leads regularly
• Handle objections and support lead conversion
• Maintain lead updates in CRM / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the team on lead status and admissions progress

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Kannada is an added advantage
• Experience in telecalling / academic counselling / inside sales / education sales preferred
• Comfortable speaking with parents over calls
• Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and manage daily calling targets

Salary - 15k to 20k per month
