Position: Tele Caller

Industry: EdTech

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years in Tele Calling / Customer Support / Sales


Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective students and explain course information

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

Convert inquiries into successful admissions

Maintain student database and daily call reports

Build positive relationships with students and parents


Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally

Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management

Positive attitude with target-oriented mindset
