What Do We Expect From You

We are looking for a visionary and technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI

driven Geospatial Visualization and Analytics platform for network planning, optimization

and operations management of RAN/NTN/Enterprise networks. As we scale, you will be the

driving force behind integrating Agentic AI autonomous, goal-oriented AI agents into our

network optimization and analytics workflows and enhancing our geospatial single pane of

glass capabilities to provide actionable, location-aware network intelligence.


You will bridge the gap between complex network data, geospatial analytics, and AI-driven

automation, ensuring the Product remains the industry standard for operators managing 5G

and beyond.


Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing

features that solve critical pain points in RAN/NTN planning, deployment, and

performance optimization.

  • Agentic AI/GenAI Integration: Lead the development of AI agents capable of

autonomous decision-making (e.g., automated cell site configuration, capacity

management, interference mitigation, and power-saving policies).

  • GIS Excellence: Lead the vision for our geospatial engine. Transform how users

interact with network data by building advanced, real-time GIS visualizations that

overlay complex RF propagation data, traffic density, and site health onto highfidelity

maps.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with data scientists, GIS engineers, and

RF domain experts to translate complex network telemetry into intuitive user

experiences.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of 3GPP standards, Open RAN (O-RAN) evolution,

and the latest advancements in LLMs and agentic frameworks.

  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with Tier-1 CSPs to understand their operational

challenges and ensure the product delivers measurable ROI in network efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B, specifically

within Telecommunications, Network Management Systems (NMS), or Infrastructure

software.

  • Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of RAN architecture (LTE/5G),

SON (Self-Organizing Networks), and O-RAN principles.

  • AI/ML Fluency: Demonstrated experience in productizing AI features.

Understanding of LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and the difference between

predictive analytics and autonomous AI agents.

  • GIS/Geospatial Expertise: Proven track record of working with GIS tools (e.g.,

Mapbox, ArcGIS, QGIS) or geospatial data visualization libraries (e.g., Deck.gl,

Leaflet).

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to decompose highly complex, multi-dimensional network

problems into intuitive UI/UX workflows.
