Hiring: Compliance & Technology Inspection Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy compliance professional with experience in risk, audit, and regulatory frameworks to support member inspections, automation initiatives, and regulatory reporting in coordination with Securities and Exchange Board of India.

This role is ideal for candidates from GRC, IT Audit, or Cybersecurity Compliance backgrounds who want to work at the intersection of technology and financial regulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technology-related inspections of members along with SEBI
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Drive automation initiatives in compliance and reporting processes
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries
• Draft agenda and Action Taken Reports (ATR) for committee meetings
• Track and manage penalties for non-compliant members
• Monitor ongoing compliance and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and submit reports to SEBI and other regulatory bodies

Candidate Requirements

• 36 years of experience in:
• GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• IT Audit / Risk Assessment
• Information Security Compliance
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as:
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR (any 23)
• Strong experience in:
• Risk assessments and audits
• Compliance monitoring
• MIS and reporting
• Exposure to tools such as 6clicks, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of technology systems and cybersecurity concepts

Good to Have

• Experience working with or reporting to Securities and Exchange Board of India
• Background in financial services, exchanges, or fintech
