Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Writer Document Control to develop, manage, and maintain technical documentation across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing capabilities, combined with hands-on experience in document versioning and compliance-driven documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and maintain technical documents including user guides, SOPs, specifications, and release notes.

- Ensure documents follow internal quality standards, formatting guidelines, and version control.

- Manage document lifecycledrafting, reviewing, approval routing, publishing, and archiving.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to gather accurate technical information.

- Organize and maintain documentation repositories for easy access and retrieval.

- Track document revisions and maintain logs per document control procedures.

- Conduct periodic audits for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Support internal teams with document access and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 24 years of experience in technical writing or document control.

- Excellent written English: grammar, clarity, and detail orientation.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

- Understanding of document control, versioning, and structured documentation.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Basic UX writing or experience with illustration tools.

- Experience in ISO-compliant or process-driven documentation environments.
