Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Team Lead - Full Stack role based in Bengaluru. The Technical Team Lead will guide a cross-functional development team, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery of full stack features and products. Responsibilities include architecting and developing scalable web applications, reviewing code, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining coding standards and best practices. The role will involve close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to refine requirements, plan sprints, and manage releases. The Technical Team Lead will also mentor team members, support their professional growth, and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Qualifications

Strong team leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and guiding software engineers.
Proven experience in software development across the full stack, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving application and system issues.
Project management abilities, including sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery tracking in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end frameworks, server-side languages, RESTful APIs, databases).
Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for SaaS or cloud-based applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or product-based companies is an advantage.
