Technical Support Specialist BIM 360

THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support BIM 360 and Construction Cloud applications. In this role, you will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide effective solutions, and help them maximize the value of construction technology platforms.

You will engage with customers via calls, chat, and case management systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues while delivering a high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via calls, chat, and case management
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and deliver effective solutions
• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests while meeting SLA targets
• Communicate progress updates clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation (KCS practices)
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in technical/application support
• Experience with BIM 360 or similar Construction Cloud platforms
• Working knowledge of Revit and/or Navisworks
• Experience supporting cloud/SaaS-based applications
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Construction, Engineering, or BIM-related domains
• Understanding of construction workflows and project collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
