Viraliq is looking for a skilled and innovative Technical Support Engineer (AI Tools Expert) who has hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, and AI Automation.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, and build intelligent business solutions.

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI tools and models.
• Build and manage AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
• Develop and deploy AI agents / AI bots for business use cases.
• Work with No-Code / Low-Code platforms to automate processes.
• Research and implement new AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI solutions into business operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain AI automation systems and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
• Experience with Twilio (Voice API, calling automation).
• Experience with CallHippo and GoHighLevel.
• Hands-on experience in AI workflow automation.
• Knowledge of No-Code / Low-Code platforms such as Zapier, Make, etc.
• Understanding of AI Agents / AI Bots.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity.
