About the Role:

As the Application Support Engineer to support and maintain our Charging Station Management System (CSMS), mobile applications, and backend platforms. This role is critical in ensuring seamless system operations by troubleshooting production issues, performing data validations, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, resolving incidents efficiently, and enhancing operational stability for the REIL project.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide L1/L2 production support for CSMS platforms and mobile applications
  • Address queries and manage escalations from Customer Support and Operations teams
  • Execute SQL queries to investigate issues, validate data, and support troubleshooting activities
  • Utilize basic Python scripting for data validation and support automation where required
  • Analyze application logs to identify issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams for bug resolution, fixes, and deployment support
  • Track and manage incidents using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, or similar platforms)
  • Participate in incident management calls and ensure timely issue resolution within defined SLAs
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required by project needs





WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 13 years of experience in Application / Production Support
  • Basic knowledge of: SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, basic debugging queries)
  • Understanding of Python (basic scripting, data validation) and REST APIs understanding
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and Log analysis
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Linux basics
  • Exposure to AWS / Cloud environment
  • Experience in SaaS / EV / mobility domain
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
