Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
We are looking for a Baan Support/Development Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in application support or development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Baan ERP, including integration, debugging, configuration, and administration. Candidates with Functional, Technical, Techno-Functional, or Admin expertise are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Baan ERP applications
- Perform issue analysis, debugging, and root cause identification
- Handle Baan configurations, integrations, and system administration activities
- Support business users by understanding functional requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements, fixes, and deployments
- Monitor system performance and ensure application stability
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Participate in shift-based support during 2 PM to 11 PM working hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Baan support or development
- Mandatory experience with Baan ERP
- Good understanding of:
- Baan integrations
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Configuration and administration
