We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing software development projects, stakeholder coordination, project planning, and delivery management. Prior experience in handling Government/PSU projects is mandatory.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with government project requirements, contractual obligations, and reporting standards.
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Hybrid project management practices across teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Support pre-sales activities including estimations, solution discussions, and proposal reviews when required.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management.
• Proven experience managing Government, PSU, or e-Governance projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience in project planning tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong risk management, budgeting, and resource planning capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• PMP Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Preferred)
• Experience working with government tenders, RFPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud-based and enterprise application projects.
