Job Description
We are looking for a 5+ years Experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding along with proven experience in managing development teams, especially in data-driven and backend-heavy applications.
Experience in Python-based applications and PostgreSQL-driven systems will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks effectively
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Monitor development progress and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards
- Work closely with developers on technical architecture discussions and solutioning
- Handle client communication, escalations, and reporting (MIS/Status Reports)
- Ensure proper documentation including SRS, FRS, and project plans
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution
- Ensure adherence to security, performance, and coding best practices
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management (IT/Software Development)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and delivery methodologies
- Experience in managing web applications / enterprise systems
- Hands-on exposure to technical discussions and architecture understanding
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, or similar
- Experience working on Python-based projects (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases (queries, performance understanding)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Client-facing confidence and professionalism
