Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager at Essence Health. We are in the process of building our regional team in Chandigarh, India and the Project Manager will be taking the lead in all the processes, as well as help with hiring and building our team in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Experience required in handling a development team.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business development, and operational oversight experience.
• Proficiency in market analysis, competitive research, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial management and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating with global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A software or hardware engineering background is acceptable as well. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience in international markets or prior leadership in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
