We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to manage and guide technical work across multiple projects at the same time.

The person should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to support different teams while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical design and architecture for multiple projects.
• Review and approve technical solutions.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high performing.
• Ensure projects follow SDLC best practices including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support

Multi-Project Handling

• Oversee 24 projects simultaneously.
• Manage technical dependencies between projects.
• Support teams in solving complex technical issues.
• Help prioritize work across projects.

Hands-on Development

• Contribute to important or complex modules when needed.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Reduce technical issues and improve system performance.

Team Guidance

• Mentor and guide developers.
• Support sprint planning and task estimation.
• Encourage best coding practices and teamwork.

Release & Support

• Coordinate with DevOps for deployments.
• Monitor production performance.
• Help resolve major technical issues quickly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role.
• Experience managing multiple projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Python)
• Experience in frontend development using Angular / React
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and integration
• Knowledge of APIs and Microservices
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
