As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory relationships. The position demands a proactive approach to driving change and delivering value by bridging technical knowledge with business insights in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements in delivery processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and identity governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management related to identity and access management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user access and authentication.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
