ROLE: Team Leader Sales
LOCATIONS: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai
FIXED CTC: 12,00,000 17,00,000 Per Annum
VARIABLE: Performance-linked PLV (Uncapped)
TOTAL EARNING POTENTIAL: 25,00,000 30,00,000 Per Annum for top performers


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum 2 years of direct team handling experience in a sales environment
* Consistent employment history professionals who have built depth, not just changed titles
* We will not consider candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes
* Strong real estate or B2C sales background preferred
* Ability to train, coach, and lead a team of 58 Sales Associates
* CRM-disciplined, data-oriented, and high-accountability mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and manage a team of 58 Sales Associates toward monthly unit targets
* Train new joiners on products, sales process, objection handling, and site visit protocols
* Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, and individual performance coaching sessions
* Maintain deep product knowledge across assigned developer projects
* Build competitive matrices and share market intelligence with the team
* Monitor pipeline, flag risks early, and drive consistent CRM hygiene
* Support SAs on complex client conversations and deal closures
