The ideal candidate should have solid experience inimplementation and AMS monitoring projects, be capable ofidentifying and resolving Control-M job failures, and takequick, informed decisionsin critical production environments. Configure, monitor, and supportControl-M batch jobsin production and non-production environments Analyze and resolvefailed Control-M jobs, dependencies, and scheduling issues Performroot cause analysisand implement preventive solutions UseSplunkto monitor application logs, batch executions, and system health Create and maintainalerts, dashboards, and reportsin Splunk Write and optimizeSQL queriesfor data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting SupportAMS monitoring and production supportactivities (L2/L3) Work inhighly customized environmentswith multiple integrations Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams during incidents Document solutions, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials Key skills required: 46 years of relevant experience inControl-M, Splunk, and SQL Strong hands-on experience inControl-M scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Proven experience inimplementation and AMS monitoring projects Solid understanding ofjob dependencies, calendars, alerts, and SLA management Good hands-on experience withSplunk search queries, dashboards, and alerting StrongSQL knowledgefor data analysis and issue investigation Ability toanalyze incidents quickly and take immediate decisions Experience working inhighly customized and critical production systems Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Scripting knowledge(Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.) Experience withbatch processing in SAP or enterprise applications
