Team Leader Collections (Multi-Language)

Candidates from Collections, Fintech, or NBFC background will be preferred.

• Handle and manage a team of collection agents effectively.
• Monitor daily team performance, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition.
• Ensure collection targets and productivity goals are achieved.
• Maintain strong follow-up on NPA and overdue accounts.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members for performance improvement.
• Conduct team briefings and regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
• Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer issues.

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good understanding of collections process, NPA, attrition, and shrinkage management.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Fintech or Collection process.
• Prior experience in team management is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
