Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and consultative Team Lead Product Implementation (HRMS) to drive HR and payroll solution design and implementation for enterprise clients. This role involves leading requirement discovery sessions, mapping business processes, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of HR technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR/payroll domain expertise, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage client engagements end-to-end, while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring consistent value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients to capture HR workflows, payroll processes, and compliance structures.
- Translate business requirements into product configurations, ensuring scalable and accurate solutions.
- Configure, test, and validate HRMS solutions aligned with client maturity, operational needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Document detailed business requirements, workflows, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with Product Implementation Experts and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
- Act as a point of escalation, providing consultative and solution-oriented support.
- Conduct client training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and platform readiness.
- Track timelines, risks, and deliverables related to requirements and implementation milestones.
- Mentor and guide junior solution consultants on delivery excellence and best practices.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends, compliance changes, and product enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling or people management.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment.
- Professional Experience & Skills
- 68 years of experience in HR solution consulting, implementation, or HCM deployment.
- Proven expertise in HR/payroll process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM platforms such as greytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive teams toward successful delivery outcomes
