Manage and guide a team of telecallers to improve communication and lead conversion performance.

Work extensively on CRM and IVR platforms such as Bitrix24 and Bonvoice.

Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion tracking on a daily basis.

Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-up by the telecalling team.

Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign performance and lead quality.

Analyze lead data and identify opportunities to improve footfalls and overall conversions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead management and team performance.

Train and mentor telecallers to improve communication skills and appointment booking rates.

Ensure all patient inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills.

Experience in CRM handling and telecalling team management preferred.

Knowledge of Bitrix24, Bonvoice, or similar CRM systems is an advantage.

Strong leadership, reporting, and organizational skills.

Ability to work with targets and conversion-focused processes.

Minimum 13 years of relevant experience.
