Are you passionate about sales, leadership, and driving results? As a Team Leader Tele VRM, youll be the powerhouse that motivates, coaches, and guides a high-energy team of Virtual Relationship Managers. Your mission: maximize activations, boost premium

This is a role for someone who can lead from the front, create sales champions, and deliver consistent business growth.

What Youll Do

• Build, manage, and energize a team of Tele VRMs to hit aggressive life insurance sales targets.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly activation & premium goals are achieved.
• Train your team on objection handling, closing techniques, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
• Guarantee that every sale follows company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and ethical selling practices.

• Strong background in sales leadership (preferably Insurance / BFSI).
• Proven ability to drive revenue and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
